Welcome to the home of the NSW Powerchair Football Association!
Powerchair Football is a modified version of football (or soccer) played by powerchair users. The sport features specially modified powerchairs and an oversized ball and is played on an indoor court. It is fast paced, highly tactical and showcases the skills of some incredible athletes.

Australia is hosting the 2023 FIPFA Powerchair Football World Cup from 15 to 21 October, 2023!
As hosts of the tournament, the Australian Powerchair Football Association are running a fundraising campaign through the Australian Sports Foundation. Click on the ASF logo to contribute!

Powerchair football can be played by people of all ages and all genders. As long as you can drive a powerchair safely, you can come have a go.
You don’t even need your own sports powerchair to get involved. Spectators are always welcome, and we’re always looking for volunteers.

2023 NSWPFA Powerchair Leagues Fixture
The NSWPFA Season runs from February until June, with teams competing over 15 rounds for the title of NSWPFA Champions. Congratulations to our 2022 Champions, the Newcastle Jets (Premier League) and Sydney FC (Reserve Grade)!
